Agi TU Build Priest vs Anubis

What is Anubis?
He is a monster with great base and job exp. He has ~10x exp compared to Zombie Prisoner but his hp is only ~3x Prisoner. Be warned, they give mediocre loots. You won't get rich hunting Anubis alone. I suggest to go somewhere else for grinding Zeny. Beginners can level fast here. It is also nice spot to leech your char on another accounts. To simplify, fresh (level 66) priest get ~22% exp per Anubis.
Why Agi Build?
Agi Priest is the easiest build to kill anubis. Flee works nice because you don't kill anubis in mobs.The goal is ~190 flee, the more flee the better but you need to consider other stats.I recommend to use this build when you have basic equipments. Once you get great equipments, you can make other build.
These are my build and equipment right now. The far right side is my past equipments when I am new.
Thanks to guild buddies and Halloween event, I got Deviling and Mysteltainn.
Agi Build PriestAgi 70 - 99 (Only max agi when you need to reach flee due to low level, 60 - 70)
Int 40 - 70
Dex 30 - 60
The rest is personal preference.
Vit to avoid stun from minorous and more hp. Luk for TU success chance.
Equipments
One set of flee equipment suffices, pantie + undershirt is cheap alternative.
These Equipments are not required but nice to have:
Bathory card, nullifies its shadow and undead property attack skill.
or Status Armor, to avoid mobs easier while bringing anubis alone. Ex: Sleep (Skel Prisoner), Cursed (Nightmare Terror), Stone Curse (Pest), etc
Thara Frog/Toad Shield, reduces Anubis and Pasana damage.
Phen card if you are not IC, but I personally don't use it.
Kiel card, for TU spam.
What you need to do:
Anubis spawn at sphinx room 4 and 5. Don't trust the ratemyserver spawn rate at room 5. Anubis spawns a lot more on anthemro.
Room 4 has easy maze. You don't have to spend much time to remember this place. The mobs are more controllable.
If you can manage to handle many Anubis at once, pick room 5.

Helpful skills during hunt
1. Learn to use BM
BM helps game play greatly. There is

Note, while spamming teleport, you need to Enter twice instead of just once.
First Enter deactivates your BM mode, another Enter activate BM mode again.
2. Get familiar with /ns (noshift) or manual shift
Shift enable you to offensive support buff (heal, bless, status recovery, etc) on monster. This is pretty much like heal-bombing method.
Personally I hold shift instead of using /ns. Manual shift will make sure 100% target to monster.
Look the name of the monster when targeting.
3. Learn your surrounding.
When you see Anubis with mobs, avoid them until Anubis left alone. Here is the example.
Mimic is annoying. It always outrun you and do damages due to low flee. I usually teleport when I am low level.
Know how many Anubis you can handle at once. Teleport when there is more. Retreating is better than risking to die and come back for some time.
Do not just stand if you get noticeable damage. Keep walking around after you use a skill but don't drag new mobs. You'll receive less damage.
4. Keep your buff up
As a priest you should master this. Agi Priest need Magnificat due to low int. Keep it up, you don't need to eat grape juice.Don't cast Magnificat if your cast is damn slow and Anubis is attacking you. Kyrie helps better at high level.
5. For non-phen user and non IC either
Cast between their attack. Undead usually have slow Aspd. With 30-50 dex, I can turn undead Anubis between his attacks.
Killing anubisDoing the offensive buff to anubis (basically all non-mvp undead property monster) makes the hunting easy.

The most needed offensive buff. It makes Anubis much harmless. Reading blessing skill description, Bless on Undead Element/Property (not Race/Family) and Demon Race monster half their STR, DEX and INT. It always succeed. Anubis magic won't hurt anymore (see picture 2). Halving DEX reduces his hit. Therefore, you need less flee to deal Anubis. Without offensive bless, you need 227 flee to miss 95% on Anubis. With offensive bless, you need ~189 flee. If you have sp problem, hotkey bless level 1 for offensive bless. |

Recovery on Undead 'Element monster blinds them by chance. When it succeed, chirping sound pops. Try again if there isn't. Recovery helps if you don't have enough flee (~189) for blessed Anubis. |
4. Turn Undead him like no tomorrow :)
Note: Those offensive buff will run out if it is taking too long. Be aware and cast it again if needed.
5. Profit ;)
Side note:
1. If you are strong enough, turn undead him fast with or without those offensive buff.
2. These places are fun to party with people. As long as you offensive buff Anubis (if your party is weak), your party would not have difficult time.Pasana sometimes drops undershirt, stiletto and card.
3. It also possible to tank Anubis and help to level someone especially high first job on last 10 job levels. Everyone can kill Anubis as long as someone tanks it.Using Yggdrasil Leaf on Anubis (hold shift or /noshift) has the same effect as turn undead level 1. Acolyte and SN level 96 have exclusive weapon, grand cross mace. Rogue/Stalker (preferably Stalker) can copy turn undead by using evil druid armor. You can combine with rebirth spirit and bragi to make it fast. Note: we only get maximum 150% (1 and a half level) exp per monster, Anubis would be waste for very low level. I don't think you need this kind of method, lol at Bapho weapon on niff >__>.
4. Also remember bless works on demon. This would give you availability to hunt with priest + hunter/assassin party on nameless island (outside since the deeper dungeons are really mobby) who don't have great equipment as well. The dungeons gives good experience. The downside is pretty long quest required. It should not bother you a lot after you do quest several times.
