Gareth Morrowynd is a Service NPC who performs guild leader changes, class rollbacks, unslotting services, and pet and homunculus name changes. He requires Service Tickets, available through the JellyRO website Item Shop, as payment for his services. Each Service Ticket costs 5 ads.

Guild Leader Change

If you are a guild leader, this service will allow you to appoint another guild member as the new guild leader. The new guild leader must be online, and you will be required to type in the new guild member's name twice to verify it. If you want to change the guild leader to another character on your account, you will have to submit a support ticket.
Class Rollbacks

This service will provide you a list of your previous classes down to either Novice or High Novice. Transcended characters cannot rollback into non-trans jobs. Your skills will also be reset when you use this service.
If you have accidentally changed to the wrong job and are still job level 1, you may revert to your previous job free of charge!
Unslotting Services

Unslotting services allow you to remove cards from equipment. You may choose which cards you would like to remove, whether or not you would like to keep the removed cards, and whether or not you would like to keep the equipment. Removal Potions may be purchased in the JellyRO website Item Shop for 2 ads each, and you will need one potion for each item you would like to keep at the end of the unslotting process.
Homunculus Name Change

When you use this feature, your homunculus's name will stay the same, but you will be able to rename it using the naming area in the homunculus window.
Pet Name Change

As with the homunculus renaming service, your pet will retain its previous name, but you will be able to type a new name into the Pet Info window. Save the new name with the modify button.
Gender Change

This feature will change all characters on your account to the opposite sex. It will not be performed if your account has any of the following jobs:
Character Name Change

Names must be at least 4-24 characters. Inappropriate names are subject to change/punishments according to JellyRO Rules.
Player must leave party and guild before requesting name change. Confirming a name change will result in auto log-out.
