If you use the Template:Item at the beginning of a line, make sure you remove the whitespace between the pipe and the item name.

Template	Usage
Template:Item	Without icon. May be useful for linking to a db if that happens in the future.
Template:Item2	With icon.
Template:Item3	With icon and quantity.
