Interested in extracting its secrets, [[Rekenber Corporation]] has restored the tower's lowest floors and has opened them to the public, charging admission to tourists to fund their continuing renovation efforts.

Only Novices are allowed to keep Act Dead; any other class that have this skill will lose it after relogging. However, Super Novices are allowed to temporarily buy it back from the Platinum Skills NPC.
