*Instant cast ([http://www.anesisro.com/forums/index.php/topic,106500.0.html Obtained through IC gears]) is great. If you can get it or get close to it you should, but you do not need IC to level, farm, or any pvm related endevors. The trick is to run far enough ahead of your mob that you have time to cast. Once you get the feeling of it, it's not really so bad.
*This is not counting insanely slow cast times, which some skills will have, you still want to get 150 dex in the end, but a couple seconds cast time is not going to hurt anything.
*This of course only applies to casting classes, such as wizard or priest.

*You do not even need them to woe! We have SQIless, also known as restricted, woe where MVP Cards/SQIs are disabled.
