This is going to be a master list for all custom items as I see a lot of scattered pages with unfinished information. This will be directly from the abdata.grf item tables, and thus will not have origin/drop rate information, but will be more comprehensive. I'm not physically checking all the items though, so there will definitely be some missing stuff, but I'll try to cover the more common ones.

Of course, hidden/work in progress items will be skipped.

If anyone is super bored, feel free to add item pictures to all of them.

The page is really cluttered and probably hard to edit right now w/o the use of templates, but I currently like how flexible it is for me to change the tables around so I might not make a template. - Rolover
