This is stuff from What I remember from the other forums with some of my info
Random NIFF Info
- I DON'T TRUST BS in NIFF that's my opinion w/e
DON'T EVER FORGET TO RUN DYEFIRE BEFORE ENTERING NIFF, STUPID HYLOZOIST !!!/EFFECT if you can't get your DYEFIRE working but remember to turn it back on when chaos is done- I'm making this guide to help future Nifflers
- Make a Sage/Professor to help out, FIRE ENDOW is VERY HELPFUL it helps KILL FAST and that means MORE MONEY $ which is what you want
- You can also make your own Priest/HP to warp yourself
- Control your mobs it makes the whole world go round ^^
- DON'T EVER KS/LOOT
- WS>HP/Priest leeches are the BEST in NIFF
- It's not necessary to gather a huge mob just FW and get a decent around 5 monster mobs, kill it and then FW and repeat (TY Legualt)
- PROTECT LEECH ZONE WHEN YOU FW THERE, IT WILL MAKE A LOT OF PEOPLE HAPPY
HeadGear
If Your Under a Budget: Then a highly upped Spikey Band Provides a GOOD Defense
If You Have Money: +4 or higher Kahos ^^
The Spikey and Bone headgear give good defense and are cheap to acquire but if you want power and defense kahos are you best friend
Mid HeadGear
If Your Under a Budget: Notthing unless you want to look cool with AWE/EWE
If You Have Money: Bloody Knight Card or Myst Case Card (TY Frank) AWE/EWE/Blinker/MiniGlasses/Glasses W/E
Not necessary but W/E +20 atk /ok. Myst Case has a high chance of occuring and dropping a gift box.
Bottom HeadGear
If Your Under a Budget: Notthing or something that looks cool
If You Have Money: PCB +5 Defense
PCB if you have it not really needed :D
Armor
I have controversy over the best armor so I will list the armors
If Your Under a Budget: Something highly upped and that is high in defense also According to CrueZ you can use a Disguise Card in a Slotted Armor (TY CrueZ)
If You Have Money: Any Slotted Armor /rice WITH Garm/Bathory/Evil Druid
Ok I will get flamed for this but I don't care Garm provides a lot of defense but then again there must be a down side and it is that you will take in Status Problems so yea STONE CURSE and other statuses will effect you. Bathory is in between it makes Dullahans Atk miss and reduces some of the Statuses. ED/Evil Druid is what I personally use and it counters all Statuses except Decrease Speed and Chaos which ARE A BITCH /pif. It has a down side which is that you can't be healed by Sanctuary or the skill Heal or Ressed and in PvP you might die from ME/Magnus Exorcismus. For people that can't afford that yet you can use Silence Armor to mob since the chances of casting Silence is very high due to the hits you take and it might stop Dullahan's Shadow Attack which does major damage and also the skills that Hylozoist casts like SP and Speed Reduction and his Chaos Status. Disguise has a 10% chance to mute monsters if base vitality is less then 77 and 30% if base vitality is 77 or higher. (TY CrueZ and exDragon)
Garment
If Your Under a Budget: Something highly upped for defense or a Raydric Carded garment also works
If You Have Money: Any Slotted Garment with Deviling Card
Raydric reduces Neutral damage by 20 % and all attks in niff are NEUTRAL except the Dullahan Attk and Deviling reduces 50 % Neutral Damage and works also in PVP both do. The less Damage the better.
Shoes
If Your Under a Budget: Something highly upped with defense
If You Have Money: Slotted SLEIPS /rice or Slotted Footgear WITH EDDGA CARD or Valkyrie Shoes with a Dark Lord Card
Ok the last guide said that eddgas are a MUST but they aren't really and you can do fine with small mobs till you get them but you will be spamming more meat without them /sob. It provides endure so you can mob massively and gives HP so it has GREAT benefits in NIFF! Also if your a starting BS or WS you can use Eddgas to mob for HPs/Priest and make money from greeding them or make a deal with them. I woould suggest to get an Eddga card first.
Weapon
If Your Under a Budget: Party with a Priest till you get a Bapho Card or a +8/9/10 Battle Axe with a [Doppelganger Card] [Baphomet Card] to start off then get the Samurai Cards. You can also use a +10 [Doppelganger Card][Baphomet Card][Samurai Card]
If You Have Money: A +10 MACE[4] [Doppelganger Card][Baphomet Card][Samurai Card][Samurai Card] or [Doppelganger Card][Doppelganger Card][Baphomet Card][Samurai Card] Or a +4 Mjol [Doppelganger Card][Baphomet Card][Samurai Card] /rice
+8/9/10 BATTLE AXE works but then you can't use a shield up to you unless or you use the regular +8/9/10 AXE which is one handed ^^
You can't really do anything without the Bapho Card so that's your one of your first targets to get it splashes damage in FRONT OF YOU AND TO THE SIDES that is why you dont let mobs suround you and make them face you so it splashes and hits everything. The Dopples will make you have 190 Aspd which is the BEST with a pot or Adrenaline Rush/AR. MJOL IS RISKY BUT WILL ALLOW YOU TO DO OVER 1K TO DULLAHANS YOU MUST HAVE FIRE ENDOW ON TO USE AND TRUST ME RUN WHEN IT RUNS OUT! LOL. Also One Handed Axes work too but must keep Weapon Perfection on to increase damage.(TY Frank and CrueZ). A +10 DB Battle Axe can match a +10 DBSS Mace so if you want to save money thats a good choice. Battle Axes have more ASPD so you can lose some AGI and put in LUK. A +10 DBS Chain is also a money saver and also matches with a +10 DBSS Mace and you can use a sheild with it and it only uses 3 MVP Cards ^^ (TY Enkidu).
Shield
If Your Under a Budget: A highly upped shield or a Slotted Guard/Buckler with an Ancient Mummy Card or a Khalitzburg Card (Credit to Razerman for the AM suggestion <3)
If You Have Money: A Slotted Guard or Buckler with a Tirfing Card or Teddy Bear Card /rice
Tirfing by far provides the best defense in niff 25% damage reduction from Medium Monsters most of the monsters in Niff are medium sized and that's a lot of reduction and it's also usable in PvP since Demi-Humans are medium sized. Ancient Mummy also is very helpful it cast Level 5 Signum Crucis which lowers the defense of Undead Monsters which most are and since your getting hit it activates almost all the time which is good. I don't care what people say but Khalitzburg isn't really good in Niff, yea it reduces damage from demon monsters but only a few of the monsters are demom. It is cheap though so It is a good way to start if money is a problem. The new Teddy Bear Card gives you more reductions from Niff over Tirfing but Tirfing can be used in a lot more situations it all depends on what you want to use for those situations... (TY Enkidu).
Accessories
If Your Under a Budget: Safety Rings MORE DEFENSE
If You Have Money: Slotted Clips with Spring Rabbit Cards or Brysinggamen / Megingiorde / Celeb Rings / Mimic/Blazer/Raydric Archer Clips also BS WILL HAVE TO USE AN OSIRIS CLIP !!!
LOL if your rich and I mean Rich you can slot brys with Spring Rabbits but clips work also. SPRING RABBITS WILL SAVE YOUR LIFE TRUST ME ON THIS. They will make meat heal almost like a cake. 50% more heal from each card and YES IT STACKS! I hate that bitch HYLOZOIST he is a trouble maker he has Decrease Speed and Chaos and it cancels Adrenaline Rush so that's why an Osiris Clip is needed by BS which gives AGI UP LVL 5 and Warp Portal LVL 2. WS don't need it unless they want to warp, they have Cart Boost which cancels Decrease Speed and lets you do Adrenaline Rush again. Mimic/Blazer/Raydric Archer Clips will help make you a lot of money per hour. These clips will drop food and boxes which are NPCable and vendable. (TY Razerman for the info and Legualt as well) /ok
The Skills
I Use:
- LVL 5 Hammer Fall:
- It will save your LIFE it can stun a whole mob and let you prepare because sometimes your BUFFS RUN OUT
- Cart Boost:
- For when you get hit with Decrease Speed from Hylozoist/or AGI UP if your using a Osiris Clip
- LVL 5 Adrenaline Rush:
- It lets you reach 190 ASPD
- LVL 5 Maximum Over Thrust/Overthrust:
- More Damage, MOT/Maximum Over Thrust Cost Zeny to do so keep that in mind but you can switch to OT/Overthrust at anytime ^^
- Crazy Uproar:
- More Damage +4 STR
- Greed:
- It picks up loot around you in a 2 cell radius and do it often so you don't get greeded by looters
Others:
- Enlarge Limit Weight:
- This skill increases the Carrying Capacity by 200*SkillLV this skill will let you carry more loot
- Discount:
- This skill reduces the prices of NPC Items by -24% Price for when you need to buy your supplies
- Overcharge:
- This skill adds +24 % Price meaning more money when you sell your loot to NPC
- Pushcart:
- This skill lets you have a cart and increases your movement speed with a cart to 100% Movement Speed
- Identify:
- This skill isn't necessary but this will help Identify the garments that you'll be getting in NIFF
- Skin Tempering:
- This skill increases defense (1*SkillLV)% from Non Elemental Attacks
- Weapon Research:
- This skill increases Hit by +2 per SkillLV and +2 per SkillLV
- Hilt Bind:
- This skill gives a +1 STR Bonus and +4 ATK
- Iron Tempering:
- This skill isn't neccessary it's just to get the Steel Tempering Skill
- Steel Tempering:
- This skill isn't neccessary it's just to get the Finding Ore Skill
- Finding Ore:
- This skill gives you more money, it adds a small chance of a monster dropping an Ore or Refining Item like Steel,Eluminums,Emperiums,Mystic Frozens,Red Bloods ETC.
Supplies
- Meat:
- To heal yourself or YOU WILL DIE WITHOUT IT ^^
- Berserk/Awaking Pots:
- Depending on your BaseLVL you can use one or the other
- Fly Wings:
- LOTS of them since niff is ALWAYS crowded
- Grape Juice:
- You might want to carry at least 700 for when you become overweight
- Butterfly Wing:
- To get out when done or ask for warp or just die LOL
What I do
I put 2000 Meats in my cart. I carry 8 Berserk Pots, 700 Grape Juices, 2 Butterfly Wings, 60 Fly Wings, and 1000 Meats. Then I find a warp to NIFF and Fire Endow myself with my HOT Professor and go inside NIFF and FW and gather mobs and PWN. I stay there for like 3-4 Hours till I get 90% Overweight.
Stats
I Maxed Vit first or you can get 35 Agi which gives you 190 ASPD with Adrenaline Rush if your using a DBSS MACE or DBS MJOL. Then Max Str to PWN MORE. /gg
Leeching
Yea our class is the best leecher in NIFF were fast and good since we have greed and just FW. You can make more money by leeching and still do what you do. Just bring Yggs just incase your client dies and Zombie Prisoner Sandals and leave them on your Sage/Professor just incase you want to leech or not.
