Probably some of you avid players have heard of /q2 but I just decided to write a guide on it just for fun :P
- Basically what /q2 does is that it turns your scroll wheel on your mouse into the F7 and F8 Hotkeys.
1. So first, of course, you'll need a mouse with a scroll wheel on it.

2. Now In-Game put your 2 favorite/most often spammed items (or even skills) into F7 and F8 respectively.
Like this:
3. Type /q2.
This should come up:
4. So now, whenever you scroll upwards, you will use whatever is in F8 and whenever you scroll downwards, you use whatever is in F7
