Hel is a custom area accessible only by completing the Epic Quest. Launched in February of 2016, it is designed for players to be able to make Epic Quest Items in addition to other exclusive items.
This quest or feature is part of a future update and has not yet been added to JellyRO.

A small realm that cannot be found on any map, nor accessed from any Midgard portal, Hel is a place that seems to be full of lost souls and vicious demons.
