Start-Up Guide

Step 1: Download the Game If you are new to Anesis, you will need the Full Installer available on our Downloads Page. Choose ONE of the following options: I have a fast and stable connection: Download the Full Installer as one whole file. I'm unable to download the file as a whole: Download the Full Installer in five separate parts. Each of these downloads will take less time to complete, so you don't need to worry about the download failing halfway. However, make sure they're downloaded to the same folder. You will also need Windows, WinRar, or 7z in order to unzip them. No really, my connection sucks: If, for one reason or another, our direct downloads are not working for you, the Full Installer is also available as a Torrent file. Torrent downloads can be stopped and resumed whenever you like; however you will need a program such as Bitorrent to begin the download. Still having problems? See Troubleshooting OR sign up for a Forums Account to get help from our community. Step 2: Install the Game Now all you have to do is locate the file you just downloaded and run the .exe file. The file is named similarly to jellyro_201xxxxx.exe, and can typically be found in your Downloads folder. Step 3: Register a Game Account Next, register an in-game account. The sex chosen during registration will determine the sex of your characters in the game. (ie. If "male" is chosen, then all your in-game characters on that account will be male.) Should you wish you change the gender of any account at any time, you may do so by submitting a Spend Credit Request and paying a fee. You can also register here. Confirm your e-mail to activate your account. Upon submitting, an e-mail will be sent to you. Log into your e-mail and click the confirmation link in order for your account to be activated. Know that depending on your e-mail provider, the confirmation e-mail could end up in spam. Step 4: Launch, Patch and Play Upon installation, the game should automatically begin patching. The patcher will make sure that your game client is all caught up to date. In the meantime, you can read about the latest updates. Please be patient, you're almost there! Click the button above the loading bar to start the game. Once you're able to see JellyRO listed in the Server Selection menu, Congratulations, you're ready to play!
