Contents
Modes of Transportation
- Warp Girl: Warp Girls are available in every town. They provide transportation to many classic locations for free.
- Kafra Teleport Service: No longer useful because of Warp Girl.
- Airship: Also obscured by Warp Girl; However, players may still board airships to complete certain quests.
- Ships: Ships are often used to access cultural towns and other areas not provided by Warp Girl. (Examples of these areas are Endless Tower and Moscovia.) The trip does cost zeny, however you can save in your new location to avoid paying the sailor's fee again.
- Consumables: Consumables such as Butterfly Wing, Siege Teleport Scroll and Warp Clips can provide immediate access to certain predetermined locations.

Rune Midgarts Kingdom
"The Rune-Midgarts Kingdom is the main country in the world of Ragnarok. With over 50 separate map areas, it is also by far the largest. ... The Head of State of Rune-Midgarts, is the king, who resides in a castle in the capital city of Prontera. The king commands a legion ofKnights and Crusaders who protect the kingdom from outside forces, though the kingdom does have a peace treaty with its closest neighbor, the Republic of Schwartzvald." - Ant Hell
- Clock Tower: Clock Tower F4 can only be reached by talking to a Gatekeeper while holding a Clock Tower Key. The lower levels of Clock Tower's Basement require you to have a Key of the Underground.
- Geffen Tower: Players can walk to Geffen Dungeon F4 through a warp portal in Geffen Dungeon F3. This crowded map spawns several MVPs and Dark Priests.
- Geffenia†: There are two ways to reach the Geffenia maps: (1) Enter a Geffenia portal northwest of Geffen's fountain. This portal must be activated by someone who has done the Sign Quest. OR (2) Walk to Geffen Dungeon F4 and pay the Traveler (gef_dun03 120,104) 10,000z.
- Glast Heim: The Glast Heim ruins are the remains of a bygone kingdom, complete with its own castle, courtyard, prison and sewers. Its citizens are cursed and now generally classified as Demon or Undead monsters. Apart from Warp Girl, Anne the Ex-Stylist also provides warps to different parts of Glast Heim.
