Job Change Quest
Reach job level 40 or higher on High Acolyte, then speak to the Job Changer.
Alternatively:
Find a book called 'the Book of Ymir' in 'Sage Castle', Juno. The book will lead you to Valhalla so you can change your job through the Champion job NPC. Also you must reach at least job level 40 as a transcendent 1st class character.

Equipment
Champion, like Monk, uses its fists to fight. It can enhance its damage with claw, fist, knuckle, and finger weapons but also likes to use maces. As it is in the Acolyte class family, it cannot wear heavy armor and must wear lighter robes. However, it does have access to Acolyte-only armor with special properties, as well as transcendent class equipment. Champion's claw SQI is Suiken.
