With knowledge comes understanding, and with understanding comes mastery. The Biochemist's knowledge of science has reached the saturation point, leading to a mastery over the laws of nature... Also known as Creators, Biochemist are at the end of the Merchant job tree.

Reach job level 40 or higher on High Merchant, then speak to the Job Changer.
Alternatively: Find a book called 'the Book of Ymir' in 'Sage Castle', Juno. The book will lead you to Valhalla so you can change your job through the Biochemist job NPC. Also you must reach at least job level 40 as a transcendent 1st class character.
